Training & Support
Zontec’s SPC software is easy to learn. We can train your teams in two to three 60-minute sessions, in a variety of training options, ensuring user confidence and short ramp-up time. Options include:
- Web training
- Education Center training at Zontec’s 8500 sq. ft. facility
- Site training at your facility
Implementation and Onboarding
There is no complicated implementation plan when you choose any of our Synergy SPC products. Our customers are successful because our products are designed with ease of use in mind. This includes installation and setup. What’s more, you will receive concierge training and support services to help you to quickly begin using Synergy’s powerful SPC tools to improve your process.
When you implement Synergy SPC software:
- Zontec will have a quick conversation with the IT group, if needed, to answer any questions about installation and licensing.
- Next, you will install the software on your server and create shortcuts on desktops. This takes only a few minutes.
- You will participate in your first training with a Synergy SPC software expert.
- You can now begin setting up parts, entering data, and experiencing the benefits of real-time SPC.
- We ask you to participate in a few remaining training sessions so that you can learn about all of the features and get the most from your software.
